Just recently discovered I am an introvert. I've also been assessed with being on the "Asperger Spectrum". It's hard weeding out the differences between these two traits, and to know which aspects to focus on. Right now I'm trying to develop some extroverted qualities, as the book says, this will help add meaning to my life. It's hard trying to come to grips with who you really are, especially when you're already 34 years old. If anyone has any words of advice or encouragement please let me know
