Carol's question on the difference (if any and maybe it doesn't matter ultimately) between hsps and innies was one of my questions also. I had read Elaine Aron's book some years ago. The questions asked to determine if you are an hsp or innie are SO much the same. Maybe just the theoretical framework is different?
Yes, please do write more on the practical side of being an innie and how to survive work, etc. Also a cassette would be good, as someone sspamested.
I've showed Marti's book to two friends who are active outies and were having trouble understanding their innie husbands, so I know it has helped them.
I was impressed with the brain research (the paths of input and the hormones) given in the book. So helpful for understanding. And nice also to open the book and say, see, there's a reason . . .
