I've taken the Myers-Briggs test several times over the year, and always noticed that I am always on the far end of the Introvert-Extrovert scale, a true introvert. Therefore, when I came across this book, I knew it was for me. It gave me a lot of insight into who I am. I liked the various definitions and explanations. I also liked the tips for dealing with stress and feelings of being overwhelmed. I have been practicing those lately and they really help. Good book!
